To provide a calm, uninterrupted experience, we reserve our time and space especially for you.

Advance Payment
To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 72 hours before Full refund
- 24 – 72 hours before 50%
- Within 24 hours or no-show 100%
Hugh has two chairs, but we care for one guest at a time so that each visit remains unhurried. Thank you for your understanding.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrival may shorten your treatment time in order to respect the following guest's reservation.
